Mobile Services
The Cherokee Health Systems Mobile Clinics are an extension of Cherokee Health Systems' (CHS) brick-and-mortar primary and behavioral health care health centers. By partnering with community agencies, CHS can address various social determinants of health by hosting mobile clinic events that meet the healthcare needs of its growing community.
Features and Services
- Health services offered on the mobile clinics include primary and acute care, COVID-19 and flu vaccines, behavioral health consultations, substance use treatment, infectious disease education and prevention (rapid HIV and hep C testing), and referrals to community resources.
- The CHS Mobile Clinics serve those who have limited or no access to care, regardless of their ability to pay for services.
- The CHS Mobile Clinics have fully equipped exam rooms, telehealth medical equipment and wireless access to the Cherokee Health Systems Electronic Health Record System.
