Cherokee Health Systems (CHS) is a nonprofit organization offering a variety of health care services to our patients. CHS would not be able to provide excellent service and care for our patients without our people. CHS’ investment in our people extends to offering multiple benefits, prioritizing mental and physical health, and providing a sense of belonging. We encourage you to visit our benefits page to see some of the benefits CHS offers. Many of these benefits are provided at no cost to our CHS team members. As an organization with 19 locations, the impact of CHS is felt throughout the state of Tennessee. The people of CHS come from varied and diverse backgrounds. We feel these varied backgrounds make the CHS team stronger than ever.
Our scope of services includes primary care, behavioral health, dental, pharmacy, and optometry. We are proud to be nationally recognized for our high-quality and team-based integrated model of healthcare. As a community-based organization, we are also invested in outreach, training and education, research, and collaboration at the local, state, and national levels. All of this is possible because of our people. Our CEO stated, “Without question, our strength is our staff." We invite you to explore our employee testimonials to see what makes our current team members choose to be a part of the CHS team. We hope that after reviewing our mission, values, vision, the benefits we offer, and the employee testimonials you will choose to apply to one of our open positions and help CHS grow our impact.
